The COVID-19 pandemic hit hardest the most vulnerable part of society, that is people aged over 60 years old. As the situation unfolded during the first months the role of the Albanian Post became paramount. Therefore, the Albanian Post procured for a campaign that would increase its credibility, inform for Home Delivery of Pensions as a new service and the launch for e-posta app in order to minimize any gathering on its offices. Answering this request B&R provided for 3 different spots transmitted in multiple channels including digital. Our digital campaign for Home Delivery of Pensions was separated into two audiences, one speaking directly to those more vulnerable and another speaking to their younger family members. By the end of campaign, more than 300,000 would receive their pension at home and eposta app received more than 10,000 downloads.
